How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or email us at support@techener.com and we will assist you.

AI credit usage

AI SEO Engine is powered by Google AI, and tokens are consumed in real time as you use the platform. While refunds are available within the 14-day window, please note that excessive AI credit consumption beyond the included plan allowance may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility for accounts that have consumed a substantial portion of their plan's AI credits may be reduced accordingly.

Exceptions

Refunds outside the 14-day window may still be granted for technical errors on our side, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by this policy.
