Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI SEO Engine ("the Service"), operated by Techener ("we", "us") at seo.techener.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AI SEO Engine provides automated SEO, AIEO and GEO workers that audit, optimize and publish to your connected websites and integrated tools.

Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, fraud, spam, IP infringement, malware, scraping that violates third-party terms, or interference with platform security.

Google API services

Use of data from Google APIs (including Search Console) is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, software, branding and documentation. You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Payments & subscriptions

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled by Paddle and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

AI outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. Do not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech or malware.

Service level

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
